1. OWNER IDENTIFICATION
Segundazo Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the United States of America, with corporate address at 66 W Flagler ST, STE 900, Miami, FL 33130, acts as the parent company and owner of the Platform.
Segundazo operates in Colombia and other countries in the region through digital platforms, strategic alliances, affiliates, licensees, or commercial partners, according to the regulations applicable in each jurisdiction.
For users located in Colombia, use of the Platform and provision of services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Accessing, browsing, and using the Platform implies express, full, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. PLATFORM AND SERVICES
Segundazo is a digital platform that facilitates used vehicle buying and selling, third-party inventory intermediation, and commercialization of related products and services.
4. USER REGISTRATION
The user must provide truthful, complete, and updated information and is responsible for the confidentiality of account credentials.
5. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Segundazo collects personal information to manage commercial and operational processes. The user authorizes the use and sharing of non-sensitive contact data with strategic partners when necessary.
6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Segundazo complies with Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable Colombian regulations.
7. USER OBLIGATIONS
The user agrees to use the Platform in accordance with the law and these Terms.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Segundazo is not responsible for third-party acts or for decisions made by the user.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content is owned by Segundazo or its licensors.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY AUTHORIZATIONS
Segundazo may modify, update, complement, replace, or remove these Terms, Platform structure, features, content, services, operational processes, business models, incentive programs, fees, digital flows, or any other Platform component.
Changes may respond to regulatory updates, technological evolution, new products or services, operational or commercial adjustments, or expansion into new markets. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
